Where may I find the option to set for PM notification to be sent to my email address?

It doesn't exist.

Instead, do a search for an application that was written to notify you.

Only thread subscriptions have an option that will generate an e-mail notification.

wow that bites. I use that a lot on other forums and I think its totally inexcusable for Fusetalk not to include this important feature (to me it is!) for a large community like AT.

i imagine with a foum like anandtech and as large as it is...notfying each user each and evry time via email that they have recieved a pm in addition to updating them with thread messages would bog down any mail server...on top of having some sort of issues with spam from their hosting company...i dunno maybe i'm wrong and its just a not yet implemented feature but i can see reasons for not having it...
