it seems when sending or receiving any PM's, I tend to not get any even after others have said that they've PMed me, it's always showing "no new messages" and when checking it shows that I haven't sent or received any, umm, any ideas why?
Sorry if this is the wrong forum btw.
 
You do know that you don't have PMs turned on, so it would be very hard for anyone to PM you.

Go to your profile and turn Allow Private Messages to On
