I checked dictionary.com and it didn't have the plural form so I wasn't sure and didn't want to look like a bad spellerz.

"tardy" is not a noun, it doesn't have a plural form, just like there's no plural of "tall" or "warm".

WTF context did you want to use it in that you thought you could pluralize an adjective?

People will often use tardy as a noun (even though it's incorrect), especially in secondary school.

If you use it in the form of a noun (i.e. "I got a tardy for being late to class today") then it's technically correct. It's basically just using it as the name for something, and in that case, the plural form would be tardies. I've heard it multiple times.

People will often say things like, "diz sh!t be mad tight diggity-dog!", but most of them don't bother trying to find the correct pluralization of "diggity-dog" on the internet.
