Plextor PX-716SA install problem

I have just installed a Plextor PX-716SA DVD Burner. This is the new 16x sata dual layer drive. Anyway, once I start the computer the drive constantly ejects every time I close it. With or without a disc in the tray.

The drive is connected to a DFI NForce 2 Ultra B motherboard. The drive shows up in windows explorer. It shows on the list during bootup also. I have checked and rechecked the connections.

Any suggestions?

 
Got it working. It seems that the drive door was not aligned right or something. It comes with an extra black bezel and black drive door. I tried every combination of the 4 pieces and got it working with a white bezel and a black drive door. Not quite the look I was going for, but my case has a door and I don't care that much.
