Plextor Noisy CDR ?!?!?!

I currently have a plextor 8/4/32A and seems really noisy when it's reading certain CDs. I am looking to buy a new one anyboy have any suggestions? Currently looking at the LiteOn 32x12x40 or Sony 24x10x40 (CRX175A-A1). I am not looking too much for speed a 16x would be great, but I am more interested on the noise these CDRs make. I want a quiet one. Thanks.
