Plextor drive clearance at CDW

B Stock usually refers to stuff that is less than factory new. It could have cosmetic defects or possibly be returned items, demos, etc.

If someone is really interested in these, someone should call CDW. I have shopped from CDW before (both in-store and online) -- I've never known them to sell used/returned items before.

I, personally, was looking for their combo DVD-CDRW drives that are supposed to be coming out soon.

You asked what BSTK means. I was merely giving you the commonly used defination of the term. If you will notice, I used the word "possibly" in reference to returned items.

I think BSTK means Bulk Stock, aka OEM.

It's still kind of expensive even on clearance. And plextor's drive is loud, I like LiteOn, it's very quiet.

rickon66 is correct. I called CDW and the csr said that these are customer returns. She said they test them and are retail boxed w/full warranty. The return policy is the same as any other product they sell.
