My Plextor 12/10/32a CD-RW broke down a month or two ago. About two weeks ago, I sent Plextor an RMA form as is described on their website. I placed several calls on both their RMA answering machine, and a ladies personal answering machine. I have not had a single reply, neither through e-mail nor phone. I was wondering what advice you might give me to get through, and what experiences you have with Plextor Customer Support. Just to clarify, I have been entirely satisfied with the burner, but definately not with their support.
