Well second phone interview went well, it took 30 minutes longer than expected. Going in tomorrow for a 9:30 in person interview. Thanks again everyone, I'm still surprised how many good wishes came along.
Tomorrow for all the beans.

Shower, clean shave, clean clothes, well-versed in the company's targets/goals.

Good luck!

Ok, good for you. You make the finalist(s) round.

First of all, research the company and learn everything about it. And I mean every freaking thing about the company and its product(s), culture, people, etc.

Secondly, take your time and be familiar with the in person interview process. Practice, practice, and more practice of "how" you express your thought and idea to others in front of them. Be nervous/clueless in front of the in person interview = big no no.

Thirdly, dress sharp. It is better to overdress than under.

Thirdly, as I said previously in this thread, you HAVE TO believe in yourself that you can and will get the job. You have to believe that you are the right candidate for the company. Not cocky but confident.

Good luck dude.

Don't just wait. Send an email or call to thank the interviewer(s) and remind them that you are the right person for the job. Be nice and courtesy and not needy/desperate.

Also state your firm belief in second amendment rights, and remind him you know where he works ;^)
