One of the big bennies of this site is all the tech support you can gather, as well as the educational value of reading and interacting all these threads. However, on many occasions people will post a problem, and you will find many good possible solutions and all too often the original poster never returns to update us on what the fix was. Many never reply to the generous professionals and do it yourselfers who take the time to offer their attempts to help out the poster of the problem. If everyone were to practice updating thier threads then we would see far fewer repeat posts over and over on the same problems.
Please be considerate to the fine people who try to help resolve your questions, and report back the results, and hopefully the final resolution to your problem. It will benefit the entire community as a whole.
