Please tell me which is the best RAM choice

4) Mushkin PC150 Enhanced HSDRAM PC150 2-3-2 2X128MB = EMS SM3603 chips

I currently have a PIII 100MHz FSB O/C 120MHz on a BX board but am considering an i815EP and a 133MHz CPU.

Thanks. Would I notice any difference below 150MHz? Or is it just how likely you are to run at "astronomical" speeds?
