All demographics questions, except for gender and country, have a 'decline to answer' option 🙁

I answered up to the first page, the one about the privacy statement.
The next page won't load.

I tried to answer but I don't know what to put for Amazon Prime as a streaming service. What should I put in monthly cost? It's not like all $100 of prime membership is going toward just music streaming.
 
Done. I had to allow Qualtrics in my NoScript just for this survey.
