2. USA purchase
3. Prefer Intel cpu
4. Intend on using old hard drives. Want M.2 for the boot drive.
5. Will not overclock.
6. Want to play in the highest resolution my budget will allow.
7. Plan to build now.
8. Need windows and Blu Ray playback software.
