ISTR reading about high voltage memory not POSTing on the Asus with factory BIOS settings hence the change to the G.Skill RAM. I don't have any interest in SLI but the Asus board has some other things that I like and it's on sale this weekend.

Any suggestions?

You'll never need a PS that big. You're better off with a PS with a lower max. power and greater efficiency. I suggest Seasonic.

I'd pick the Asus board, with the Ninja. There's lots of good DDR400 at low prices, check here and here. I'm familiar with the Sonata, and I think it will be the weak link in your setup, due to the poor air flow. In mine, I put a grille in one of the 5.25 bays and taped the "Antec" holes on the sides.
