Please review my PC build (tight budget challenge)

Hey all, please let me know if there are any hardware conflicts/incompatabilities or short comings (i.e. Missing vital components)

Here is what I have to work with. My brother is currently using a socket 423 P4 1.4 Ghz, which is not much of a gaming machine these days. We are selling his rig but keeping the following:

Radeon 9600pro 8X AGP 128mb
Audigy 2
Keyboard, Crt, and mouse

Which leaves us with $460 dollars to spend on new components. Here is what I have selected for our tight budget.

Shipping included it rolls in just under the $460 mark. I don't believe that I am missing anything, and I'm pretty sure all of the components should work together. I would love some second opinions to make sure I'm right before I buy.

Thanks.

Look very nice, but you can drop to a 2800+ and save $26. Take the $26, add $5-$10 more and you can get a DVD burner instead of the CD-RW.
You may not need a DVD burner now, but you might in the near future. Just a thought.

Hey thanks for the quick replies. I'm happy to see everyone give it a thumbs up so far.

@ Ike, thats a nice idea, but I'd rather have the tiny umph of a 3000+ ATM.

Umm, yeah, I'd suggest dropping the processor speed a notch so you can get the dvd burner... if you're not burning dvds with it at least you'll be able to _watch_ a dvd on it. Also, if you're on a budget that can be delayed, HDs of that size can be had for cheap after rebate.
