Please recommend me some memory

Dear all,

I bought this:
GIGABYTE AORUS X470 ULTRA GAMING
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, Cooler Master MA410M
Case: Corsair 100R
HDD: Seagata barracuda pro, 80TB total, RAIDZ1

Now I want to pick 32 GB of RAM for this system and I don't know what to choose.

This will run non stop and I need a stable memory. Can you reccomend my some memory without OC?

isn't 3600 DDR4 the magic speed for Ryzen?

Unless this build is very price sensitive, I'd go for 3600 MT/s rated memory, brand doesn't really matter much. CL19 or lower. You can always run the memory slower than rated if that particular mobo or CPU doesn't like 3600.
