Please recommend me a Video Card for my new build!

I am going to go away from the ATI 2600XT as I originally planned and will wait for the newer cards to come out. In the meantime, please recommend me a card that will still do 1920x1080 to watch videos on my 1080p tv and still be able to do light gaming (Mostly games like Warcraft and Age of Empires, I have my 360 for everything else). Also, I will be using a 1680x1050 monitor, so I would like a card that allows for fluid gameplay. I'm looking to spend under $150, the cheaper the better.

My current setup (will be buying this week).

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
Memory: 4x1gb Crucial Ballistix
HD: WD Raptor 150gb
HD2: WD Caviar 500gb
PSU: Corsair HX520w
CPU Cooler: Tuniq Tower
Case: Antec 900

I will be running Vista Ultimate x64. I also do not want to wait, and want to get the system now.

8600GT or GTS (You can get a fanless 8600GT 110 shipped)

Does HD playback and will play AOE3 just fine!

After the rebate and the $35 PayPal discount, it's only $131 + shipping. That is a ridiculous deal for an overclocked 8600GTS. Much better than the 2600 XT at gaming and almost as good at HD-acceleration.
