Please recommend me a cheap/stable MB

My current MB is dead aftre just 1 year, so I need a new one. Please help a poor student to get something good

I need a cheap and stable MB for this config:
-P4 2.4GHz
-normal ATA100 HD
-builtin AGP video card
-sound built in
-MODEM (yes I need a modem, as I don't have high speed..)

I am looking to spend no more then 50-60USD for this.
Your help is MUCH apreciated....

Did you have a pcchips board? Only company I know of that puts built in modems on their boards. I would checkout this Asrock board from newegg.com (P4I65GV) for $57 shipped, and it has everything but the modem. For the modem, search pricewatch for deals. Should be able to get one for less than $10 shipped, or sometimes local computer stores or goodwill may have them for $5 used.

thanks..I will look at that MB.

My current computer is a HP , so I am not sure what kind of MB is..but I know it has a builtin modem
