I use Photobucket... it's free but not very fast. It is fairly simple to use once you know what you are doing, and it provides 2-click link copy so you can paste on forums, etc.... pretty simple.

I will say the free version is very slow to load and move around in, but it gets the job done.

I use what the other two have suggested. For important images I will use more than once and photographs I login to and use photobucket. For random screenshots and pics for posting I use postimg.
