Please recommend a good ftp server/client program for windows server 2003?

I have a windows server 2003 file server box that i would like to put a ftp server on also.

Should i just use the windows server 2003 ftp program? if so what do windows xp clients use to connect to it.

If not which ftp program do you guys like best , free or non-free is fine.

The built-in 2003 FTP publishing service should work fine. Any FTP client can connect to it.

For clients, I like SmartFTP. FileZilla has been praised by many users here as well.

I second that for SmartFTP.. it seems to be a great client.

filezilla...definitely great for a ftp server

smart ftp is good as said above

FileZilla. It's pretty intuitive, and fast. Very few bugs, if any - the one that I found a while back was fixed, and they're always updating it.
