Hi All,

I have to non-networked computers and need to share a printer without unplugging it all the time, can anybody recommend a decent inexensive switch, I may add more devices later...

Thanks!

Well, if you own a WiFi router you could do a wireless prin server, but since you're asking for something in USB, I assume that you don't want to go down that road. I would suggest this Belkin 4-Port USB Switch.

actually it sounds like a print server may be a good option... I have a wireless router and would like to do without the mess. Any good suggestions there? Should I stick with the same brand as my router? I have a linksys, but netgear stuff is really cheap...

If this is for an office with large print jobs I'd go with hardwire. Printing will be a lot slower over WiFi.

Why not just network the computers together and share the printer? Very simple.
