2 seasons, and despite the typical "Innocent small town girl in the big city" schtick, over and over, it's actually pretty damn funny. James Van der Beek as James van der Beek owns that show.

I like Portlandia, but a lot of it is rather bland. Still worth checking out

Nothing before or after can come close to its greatness.

There are quite a few others significantly better than Seinfeld. Seinfeld is very dry and crude humor, but being actually funny it is not.

the others are really good--well, I find it HILARIOUS that you criticize Seinfeld for being crude, yet you point to Married with Children as being a better show.

Sometimes, I don't think you even consider the things you rant about.


Also, I love Sanford and Son. It's a classic. It's not better than Seinfeld, though. I mean, how many times are we going to have to fret over Grady looking for his soup?

Better off Ted (only two seasons), Modern Family, Psych, Chuck.

I can't believe I forgot about Better off Ted. That was one of the best shows in a long time and it's a crying shame they canceled it.
