I just bought this one a couple of weeks ago for my sister (it was $120 then). It is a high quality monitor. It has a white face and light grey rear case. It's new, but old stock. I wouldn't hesitate to get another.

Viewsonic makes some good 17" in their "Professional" series. PF775 off the top of my head; 16x12@75hz, 12x10@85hz, 10x7@100hz.
