This should be posted in General Hardware.

It sounds like a decent setup for PC gaming. If you can, spend a bit less on the motherboard and CPU, and a bit more on the graphics card instead. Look into getting something like a HD7950 or GTX 670.

Welcome newb!

You will get more help if you post in the correct forum.
Also, your title is not good. Many people wont read this thread simply because of that.
Change it to: "Need help making game computer".

No. That's not an ideal setup as it's too CPU/Mobo heavy. What is the resolution on your monitor(s)?

ok so the motherboard and cpu does not matter that much? its more just the graphics card?

I would then buy a 7850 GPU

Add an SSD boot disc

or buy a 64GB version

Opt to go with a Z77 or Z68 motherboard and a 2500K chip and save the rest of the cash. If you're building a gaming rig then you have no reason to buy an expensive workstation platform for features you won't use. Also, don't buy an SLI/X-fire capable motherboard unless you're planning to go X-fire/SLi 😛

as good DRAM as you need with an unlocked multiplier. You can save cash there too
