I'm looking for a budget video card for my brother. He was thinking of going with the ATI Radeon LE 32mb because of it's price, but does it have a 'all-in-one' version? I
mean, is there a lower priced 'all-in-one' model than the top of the line Radeon? My brother's really looking for a budget card with vivo options... The only thing he was
concerned about with the Radeon was it's poor win2k performance, but, if that's only for gaming, it's not such a big deal because he really doesn't play any games.

Any ideas? Links to recent reviews and pricing for various online retailers would be apprciated.

The only radeon to havea tv-tuner is the Radeon AIW, you can get a normal Radeon with vivo, but the LE only comes inone version (non-vivo).
If you want a cheap card with vivo it will be easiest to get a GeForce 2 MX based card (several firms make these, the most known being Asus), but their 2d is worse than that of the Radeon but they work fine in Win2000.

There is also a Radeon LE available with TV-Out.
