My stats:

5'10", 185 lbs
Since I don't know my body fat: I'm pretty muscular; less than an inch of fat on my belly (upper abs always lightly visible, all visible when flexing).

Goal is to look something like THIS

What I do is:

Day 1: Eat 3000 calories spread out throughout the day, workout @ 5pm upper body until failure. The next day I rest and eat 2500 calories. Next day I eat 2400 calories and go out sprinting @ 5pm until I am dead tired. Next day eat 2500 calories and rest. Repeat

Make any sense?

Thanks

Read the fat loss sticky. It covers muscle building with programs that are proven to work. Sprinting is not a lower body workout.

Sorry to say but without more context that routine doesn't seem like it's going to be enough to get you to where you want to be[like in that pic].

I was 200 lbs[I'm 5'8] and I'm <170lbs now and about 12-13%bf. And right now, even as methodical as I am with food intake and workout regimen, it's still extremely hard. If you have a high bf, right now it doesn't really matter as much but because you want that[<10%] as the end result, I'm just saying there will be a point where what you've planned isn't going to cut it anymore.
