Hi I have a microsoft Intellimouse Explorer and last week the cord started to die so no it turns off at random times. Well I went to M$ and they a way to fix this but you need a product ID well I put mine in but for some wierd reason mine is 21 digits long as opoesed to the 20 that it should be, the number is 51381-577-14641865-00000, now I checked my roomates mice and they all have 20, but no exploere mice so if you have one could you please e-mail me the PID from the bottom of your mouse I would be very grateful, e-mail is asm2723@yahoo.com
