Better to not give her anything and save that $2000 for the IRS when they come for your ass :laugh:
 
tell her to screw off. I once had a girl try and do the exact same thing to me. I told her to get a lawyer, if she could find one who would take it. After 10 lawyers told her she had no grounds on which to sue, she shut the he!! up.
 
simple i suppored her she made less than 3,200 in that year and lived in my residence for more than 8 months or was it 6 i would have to look it up. i was resposible for all her bills ect.

i just got off the phone with her. final vertic i am paaying 2800 not signing anything and she will leave me alone.


 
Can I mooch off you for 3 years so you can pay me when I finally break it off with you so you can be chumped twice?

I think the IRS might have something to say about you claiming someone as a dependent who is not a wife, child or something like that.

that is not the reason i am doing it. i believe i do owe her some monitary value. it is to the point where i just want it over and her gone. btw she will finish moving her stuff saturday.

DO NOT GIVE HER ANY MONEY, even if it is to pay off the Dell account. If you decide later that you want to pay off the Dell account, do so directly instead of giving her a check. Given her attitude with the "contract", I certainly wouldn't trust her intentions with your money at the moment.

Please tell me you're going to at least get a written oath from her saying that you're giving her money for the Dell account so that she can't later take your ass to court for more money that she'll claim is for the Dell account.

I bet there's some missing details here. I can't believe anyone is so much of a chump to give someone money so they won't end up on hard time after they've proven that they don't deserve such sympathy. My guess is that the girl is holding his balls for ransom somewhere and has threatened to squeeze them till they pop if he told anyone or goes to the police. Kudos on the negotiating skills to bargain her down to just $2800 for the safe return of your balls though.

If she comes by and asks you to pay for her phone bill also, run.
