Kinda tough to get banned without knowing you are going to get banned though
 
Nope. I was banned for a month, and I haven't gotten a check 😉

No warning either.

Haven't read the rules concerning this particular subject, but I'd have to say no. If you get banned, the money you put into AT is staying with AT. I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere, and it's pretty standard for subscription places like this.
