I think this is a good deal, even though it's only 5400rpm..

This is at Best Buy..

It seems that all of the Western Digital Hard drives comes with the controller.

Does that mean that it comes with an ATA100 card or that it just supports ATA100?

supports ATA/100. no card included. Picked up on of these for a friend for $100 from Office Depot last week.
