I just got an Asus NForce2 motherboard and none of the spare AGP cards I have, even a GF2, will fit in it. I'm having to test it right now with a PCI card. So I need an AGP 8X card?

The card that will be going in the new board is my Radeon 9700 Pro but it's in use right now as I type. Hope it fits.

Do you mean all those old cards should fit or that the new cards definitely should?

There is one blocked-off post in the slot preventing all of those older cards from fitting into it.
But I wouldn't see any easy way of removing it without possible damage occuring, it's part
of the plastic of the slot, not a removable piece.

my GTS fitted into my MSI nforce2, as did my 9800 card.
should be the same for u. the cards have the same slot shape when viewed.
