I'm only asking in ATOT because I'm under the impression that some of the folks here have connections with bbzzdd.

I've had this problem for a while - I just haven't followed up on it.

When I try to log in, it says "login incorrect". When I click "forgot password", then enter my username and email address, it says "Invalid username/email combination". I know the username is correct, and back in January the ATOT user "dwell" confirmed that the email address I am entering is correct.

Is there any way to contact the staff at bbzzdd? Is there another way to fix this?

Done. But I may have fixed the problem on my own - apparently the username field is case sensitive.
