4 months ago I was contacted by an ebay member offering me memory from a company by the name of BESTCOMPDEALS.COM (NOW CALLED MEMTECK.COM. I paid close to $800 for 8 512MB memory sticks. I have the payment proof as the payment was through PayPal. Needless to say I have not received these memory sticks and no answer to countless emails I have since sent them.

this is a phoney company all phone numbers are bogus, they solicatate thru Ebay customers. I had 2 orders from them they got my money I have nothing. they use differant screenames on each mailing, one name is memq202 from ebay and the mailing address is
memq202@msn.com please dont buy from them you will lose they also go by the name of memteck.com and 123 Electronics

hi i recived by e-mail that this company has sdram with very low price , i open the site and i found that really good price, i order 256m sdram for 27usd , it charged in my cridet in the same day but the product never reach me , i try to call them a lot but they put a fax mood , i connect them by e-mail and also the reply is plz allow 24-48 hours for reply and no reply happen , i think i lose my money but i want to let all peopls know about this company , and i hope that ebay send e-mail to everybody with the name of this company to let people know it well before they give there money to it

I sincerely hope that if you're reading these words, you have NOT sent this company ANY money, and you were wise enough to check them out here first. I believe that this company is one of those web-SCAM sites that take your money under the guise of a legitimate business. Sure, the site looks and functions well enough to be real, but stop and think for a moment... What got you to consider buying from them...? The "To-good-to-be-true" memory prices...? Folks, if it sounds to good to be true, IT IS...! DON'T BUY FROM THEM...!!!

Don't under any circumstances order from this company. They run scam under several different names, raid Ebay buyers list, and charge way to much for shipping.

I purchesed some PC133 SDRAM from this company and I never recieved the product. I paid for it with Paypal, so they got my money, but I never got the part. I sent them hundreds of e-mails, and I got a few responses, like asking about the particulars of the order, then they said they sent the part out, then I requested my money back with paypal and they said that the accout was locked up. Funny how it didn't lock up when they got my money. It has now been 2 weeks and I have got no reply back from them, no money back, and no product sent to me. I tried calling their phone # from their web page and I just get a fax machine. I feel like I have been scammed. I found out about them after I bid on some RAM on Ebay, then I got an e-mail from BestCompDeals saying that they have RAM for a great price at the time. They said it was allowed, and that it was not to get around Ebay's auction fees since that is against Ebay rules. After I didn't get my part, I found out that Ebay has banned this user from auctions on Ebay. I wish I would have checked into this nefore I sent the money The amount I lost was $50.49. Also, they said their site is "secure", but I see no secure page on my screen. Maybe it is secure once you get to the credit card page. So, BEWARE of this vendor.
