Any church whose website says "Church of Bod Mod" should be smacked.

church of bod mod? is this an actual church? or did she just pull that out of her a$$ to make a little extra cash?

edit: nm answered my own question... for dumb... seriously.. i can't think of anything to say this is so retarded... :disgust:

She is sueing for 2 million in damages. Is she saying that because she was fired from costco, she is out 2 million? What a dumb bitch.

The 27-year-old's federal lawsuit seeks $2 million in damages
There must be "damages" in addition to lost wages considering she would probably never earn that much even if she worked at Costco until death.

Ive always joked about something like this...but cmon, I would never do it.

I think most of us have thought about something like this, but who knew someone would actually do it?

This is not surprising to me from my military experience. As a Drill Sergeant, there was a female recruit that had a religion that required her to worship a tree in the nude for about 15minutes every day. We researched it to find that there was an actual religion. During a field exercise, we had to string ponchos together so no one would gawk at her while "worshipping"

Where do we sign up to be the tree in that religion?

The 2 million is probably for intentional infliction of emotional distress. There are some egregious circumstances where it's right to recover for IIED, but cases like this give it a bad name. She and her lawyer know there is no chance of winning this case, so they're hoping to getting a settlement out of negatively publicizing Costco.

I'd send you the application, but I can already tell you that you won't qualify. Your tree limb isn't big enough.
