please help me a lot of the times when I load windows it gets to the windows load screen then after that goes blank or
just restarts, it tought there was a problem with my hd, so I took another hard drive from and old system and replaced the
other hd, the new hd that I put in was running win me it worked perfect so is it

safe to say that my hd is bad and I need to RMA it ?

Sounds like it. Slave the defective hard drive and back up your data onto the functioning drive. Then format it and try it again.
Or try to reinstall windows on the defective drive.

ive already tryed to format that didnt help oh well I guess I can RMA it
