Hey guys,

I will be purchasing a system within the next 2 weeks

I plan to overclock my 3000+ venice as much as i can and i will probably be getting a 7800gtx, 2X1gb of ocz ram, Antec neopower 480w psu and raiding a couple of SATAII hitachi drives
my original plan was to get a P180 because from my understanding it was an extremely quiet, well built case with good thermal results.

Now i am hearing a lot of stuff about the hinges not being good on it and how the Lian Lis are better.
Quite frankly i know nothing about this so any help would really be appreciated greatly.

Thanks

the p180 is an excellent case, just be sure to get a psu with long enough cables to reach, or get this extension kit

it depends, ultimately, you'll just need to see when you get it all together, and how neatly you like your cable management to be

Ask ANTEC i am sure they will will be able to tell you what PSUs of theirs will fit the P180.

The P180 was one of the cases that I gave consideration to purchasing. I ended up going with the Lian-Li PC-V1000b because I prefer the design, but the P180 seeems like a real good case

If you're thinking about the v-1000 series of lian-li, you should find out whether or not the neopower will fit in the psu bay. I hear you can't fit modular PSUs in there. Just my two cents.
