i have an asus a7m266 with athlon 1.3ghz. how got this massage in the bio post.

"Massage confirmation
the system intruded, chassis opened or tempered before. Please check the system."

Any idea what going on?

turn off chassis intursion warning inside bios.

your motherboard probably has a thing on it that tells you if the case has been opened. It apparently has, so you probably just have to go into the bios and reset something so it won't say it anymore.
