I'm running an ftp and http server off of it and I would like to see who is connected, anyone know how to do this please let me know

open up a command prompt and type "netstat"

this should give you at least a feel for what's going on with connections to your box

 
OK, for FTP go into IIS, on the left panel right click on your FTP that you created. Go to properties and click on the "FTP Site" tab and click on the "Current Sessions" button. 😉
