Please help with overclocking Celeron 533!

I'm trying to overclock my 533. It's in an HP 6644F, I believe the m/b is made by COGNAC. The bios will not let me change FSB.
So can someone explain to me how I go about this

well, hp doesn't supply us the detail of the motherboard spec, so I can't tell
you your motherboard is capable for overclocking, and usually brand name pc CAN"T
overclock.

Is it a slot-type BX Board? You can force any BX slot board to run at 100 FSB by using the pin tape technique from about 2 years ago. It can still be found at Tomshardware.com.
