please help with nvraid xp64 install

I'm using an asus a8n-sli premium and two 74gb raptors in raid 0. I installed the 64 nvraid and sata controllers via f6 without a problem, and windows setup recognized my 140gb array, no problem. So I partitioned the logical drive, 40/100 and installed on the 40gb partition. Everything is smooth until windows setup copies files and reboots. It's telling me that windows cannot boot from the selected disc due to a configuration problem. My boot priority is set up properly in the bios, and the array is selected as the boot in the nvraid utility.
What am I missing here? I searched for other people with this problem, but couldn't find anything.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
