Please Help With New System

I forgot to add I have Logitech Z 5300 speakers right now and may consider adding a Audigy sound card in the near future. I will add another 6600 GT as soon as more funds come in. I have a 21" trinitron monitor so a LCD is not needed at the current time.

From what I understand, you would probably get better performance from a singe 6800 GT than a dual 6600 GT setup, and doing so might save on the mobo. I think dual 6600s are close, so it's no big deal if you really need to save the money now. Just throwing it out there...

Second that. If you have the money, go with a 6800GT. Same price as 2 6600GTs and the same performance, but you get the upgrade option of another 6800GT later. Look at Anand's articles on it.

Why are you getting the 3500+ retail with heatsink, when you have the XP-90 heatsink? Try getting the 90nm oem version and save yourself some money. I've been told to stay away from the thermaltake fans for your heatsink. I've heard great things about the Panaflo H1A fan, which is what I'll be putting in my new system soon. Besides the case (which I don't like for aesthetic reasons), I'd say everything else looks OK. You could additionally save a few dollars on the DVD-RW by getting the NEC 3500A, which has gotten great reviews (See the anandtech dvd-rw roundup review).

Lightweight

The main reason I am going to get the retail 3500+ is the 3 year warranty. it only comes with the box set, But may be worth the extra 20 bucks.
