Please Help with Netgear RT314 Set Up

I can't get this bad boy up and runnin. Under winipcfg everything is the way they say it should be. I think one of my problems is that I don't know what the hell to put for "Host Name" and "Domain Name." I have Road Runner and the guy says "no login manager." I assume that means I should have ISP Parameters set to "Ethernet" and "Standard" On WAN IP I have it set to "get auto from ISP," DNS is also set that way, and WAN MAC is set to "Factory Default." Can someone help me please?

I figured it out. The main problem was, WAN MAC needs to be "Spoof this PC's MAC address"
