Thanks for taking the time to look. I have a problem getting my computer to load the profile it usually loads that has my background, bookmarks, programs list, etc. It just starts and says "cannot load default profile, loading temporary profile, settings will not be saved." in an error message when i log on.
I caused this issue by going to registry edit and changing the computer name from doug to jared. (I purchased this laptop from another person).
Is there anyone willing to help, or make a remote connection to my PC to solve my error?
I tried system restore and it doesnt work. I'm now trying to rename some stuff in registry, and relocate ntuser.dat to the correct profile...
Anyway. my computer is very messed up, Please help me!
