does anyone know a good site which can help with burning a cd copy of a problematic cd?

Hi,

Depends on the type of CD and the kind of problem you're having with it: physical damage (scratches), bad balance, copy protection...

Also wouldn't hurt to know what hardware and software you're using to try to make the copy.

well here is the description:
the cd itself is not damaged, since it runs perfectly well but it cant be copied.
i tryed: Nero, cdrwin, clonecd on Smart&Friendly 4x2x24, Toshiba DVD SD-M1402, and my friend's Plextor 8x4
the burning software cant read the disk and reports error, but windows explorer has no problems with it. what do you gurus have to say?

What cd is it... Its most likely copy protected.... There are different types of copy protection.

Yeah, sounds like copy protection. I'm completely ignorant on the subject. If I want two copies of one of those, I just buy two.
