PLEASE HELP!!!! Windows wont load..........

Ok well i was messing around with my floppy drive b/c it wasnt being detected by my computer, and then i got it to work, but on the next boot up, it froze after the 2nd verifying dmi pool screen. So booted it again and it booted into safe mode fine, so i restarted and it did the same thing. Ok the things that work are Safemode, and the windows98 load screen comes up but it freezes after that, and i tried to bott to safemode and then just turn it off so that scan disk would run and scandisk works fine. Does anyone have any idea on what is wrong. I really need to have this figured out and i cannot reformat my hds b/c i have my history term paper on them. BTW i am running 2 20gig 7200 ATA133 hd in a raid 0 array. check my sig for the details on my system. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Detach everything. Attach 1 device at a time and boot twice for good measure. Check BIOS settings and possibly restore defaults, flash.
