Please Help. Windows Will Not Load

Hi, My computer will not load windows, im running amd64 3400+, x850xt, 1gb ram, 2 120gb hdds in raid 0. The system starts up normally, but when it gets to the loading windows screen, it says that there was an error last time it restarted, i have tried last known good config, start normally, and safe mode, but they all just show the windows xp logo with the bars running across for about 2 seconds and then the computer restarts. I built this myself so if i have to dive into the case thats not a problem, but please any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

When it comes to problems like this, it could be anything. Overheating. Bad Ram. Hard Drive failure. I'd make sure nothing is overheating first, maybe switch out some ram, or even try installing windows on a different hard drive and see if it still fails. Could just be time to reformat those bad boys and start over.

P.S. - raid is a waste. you're better off using just splitting up your hard drives how you see fit.
