please help....STOP ERROR

I have an Iwill KK266Plus and its giving me a stop error, and i have no idea how to fix it, can someone help me out? I really dont know much about this, so if someone could help me it'll be cool.

i'm getting the error right when win 2000 is supposed to load up. It just takes me to a blue screen
