Please help - Network and Internet Problem

When i booted up my PC this morning it displayed an DLL Error saying:

ABORT: could not initialize extension DLL (0x0000 273B)(10043)(snmp.c/599)

My Internet was not working anymore either. I went to System in the control pannel and Under networking the "Network Devices" it had a yellow ! by the Internet Connection Sharing. It said ndis.vxd could not load the driver files. Also under the "Network" setup on the Control panel i seem to have about 5 Internet Connection Sharing things dispayed. As well as TCP/IP things. Here is a small list of what it says:

Internet Connection Sharing <Protocol> <nothing>
Internet Connection Sharing <Protocol> <nothing>
Internet Connection Sharing <Protocol> <nothing>
Internet Connection Sharing <Protocol> <nothing>
TCP/IP (Home) <nothing>
TCP/IP (Shared) <nothing>

I am not sure what this "nothing" text means but it was never there before.

No heres the annoying bit. I tried System Restore but it did nothing. I also tried Removing each of those Internet Connection Sharing <Protocol> <nothing> but my PC just goes to a blue screen and even in Safe mode.

I have also tried updating the drives in System for the internet connection sharing, but again it crashes and goes to a blue screen, again even in safe mode! It does exactly the same if i remove the "internet connection sharing" device in the system!

I am posting this from my friends PC by the way. I am stuck at the moment as i cannot re install windows at this time. Is there any way i can fix this problem without reinstalling windows?

Thank you for your help in advance!

I take it you are using internet connection sharing that came with windows? If so, try going into windows setup and removing it from there. That might work.
