i have a 2002 ford f150 extended cab and the battery keeps dying i checked for a draw with a multimeter but it doesn't show one so my quick fix was to just charge it every night and it worked for 2 weeks now my charger aborts the charge and says battery is bad i will get another battery but how can i make sure it dosent happen again... also what could cause my battery to die but not show a draw on multimeter

Honestly, a bad battery could be just it. You could have a weak alternator too but once you get a new battery in, check your voltages at idle with a voltmeter, it should be around 13-14 volts (ideally between 13.8 and 14.2 volts)
