I recently tried to switch my video card drivers over to the ones from Asus (my card is made by asus) from the 45.23 omegas. After running driver cleaner and cab cleaner (latest version), my computer wouldn't let me install the new drivers. Here is a link to the gamespot forum (you can see what happened so far). I've made some progress, but I still need more help.

Please help me. I can't play any games 🙁

Driver cleaner 2.7 has the nvidia fix. If you do not have version 2.7 get it here. Reboot to safe mode and run driver cleaner, then try the 53.03 ForceWares.

The nvidia fix didn't help any. I already had the latest version of driver cleaner, and my video card doesn't work with any drivers newer than version 45.23

(Sorry its been awhile; I forgot I posted in this forum)

I don't want to have to reformat. That would take a lot of backup and installing. There's six people in my family that use this computer. I want to use formatting as a last result.
