Hi, sorry for all the caps but I am ultra desperate to find out the name of a game, or its story.

Supposedly some software developer was able to convince Microsoft to fund their game even though they had nothing made or a demo. They slapped together a pitch with buzzwords and were able to get Bill Gates to sign on??
